Former UNC cornerback Mike Hughes drafted in first round by Minnesota Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings drafted former UNC cornerback Mike Hughes out of Central Florida in the first round on Thursday. Hughes totaled 49 tackles and four interceptions, including one he returned for a touchdown, and broke up 11 passes in 2017. Hughes also returned 14 punts for 233 yards and a touchdown and 20 kickoffs for 635 yards and two touchdowns.
