UNC Compliance Staff Efficient in Addressing Shoe Violations

Within four calendar days of the secondary violations first occurring, UNC’s compliance staff was able to account for each pair of shoes as well as identify the 15 student-athletes in violation of NCAA rules. “From an investigative and processing standpoint in compliance, I thought they were outstanding,” Cunningham said in an interview with Inside Carolina on Tuesday.
