When No. 16 Miami hosts North Carolina on Thursday (8 p.m./ESPN), all eyes will be on the quarterbacks as both coaches are playing coy with regard to the most important position on the field. First it was Larry Fedora sidestepping questions about Chazz Surratt’s return from suspension. Then it was Mark Richt dodging inquiries about redshirt freshman N’Kosi Perry. (Inside Carolina)
