Panthers setting new weekly routine for Julius Peppers

With Julius Peppers continuing to get back into football shape after offseason shoulder surgery, the Panthers are taking a new approach to make sure Peppers is as fresh as possible. After Peppers received what coach Ron Rivera called a "senior day off" Wednesday, Peppers returned to practice Thursday ahead of the Panthers' Week 5 game against the Giants.
