Coming off the 22-19 setback to Virginia Tech, the Tar Heels show up Saturday afternoon at the Carrier Dome for their first matchup with Syracuse since the Orange joined the ACC. “It hurts to know we put all that work in (without winning),” North Carolina receiver Anthony Ratliff-Williams said. “You can’t really dwell on it. There was a lot of frustration to get that close.”
