North Carolina’s football team makes its final trip of the season with Saturday’s game at Duke. There will be no bowl. There will be a second consecutive losing season. Still, there’s a prize out there for the Tar Heels. “It means a lot to our seniors,” coach Larry Fedora said of this ACC matchup. “They want to bring back the Victory Bell. That means a lot to them.”
