UNC’s Fedora hoping to duplicate first-year magic against rival N.C. State
Posted Nov 20, 2018
One of the greatest plays during Larry Fedora’s coaching career occurred in the North Carolina-NC State football rivalry in 2012. Giovani Bernard's 74-yard punt return for a touchdown with 13 seconds left ranks as one of the most memorable plays in UNC history, as it lifted the Tar Heels to a 43-35 victory. The return also gave Fedora a win in his first experience with the rivalry.
