Recruiting is the lifeblood of football programs and North Carolina's reported new coach is particularly adept at landing elite-level prospects. Mack Brown has done it before in Chapel Hill and the Tar Heels' power brass is banking on him doing it again as he's soon expected to take over a program in the ACC cellar following a 2-9 season in Larry Fedora's final campaign.
