As the 12 players in baby blue uniforms ran out of the tunnel and onto the court Thursday afternoon, Marcus Ginyard began backpedaling. He whispered something to North Carolina teammate Danny Green, prompting the fellow freshman to crack a quick smile. By that point, the Tar Heels had already enjoyed a few good laughs when senior David Noel did his impression of rapper DMX on the team bus.
