Sam Howell participating in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas


The 82nd Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas High School All-Star Championship will be played on Saturday, Dec. 15th, at 1 p.m. from Gibbs Stadium on the campus of Wofford in Spartanburg, S.C. Florida State quarterback pledge will be wearing No. 2 for the North Carolina roster. Howell, who is still being pursued by North Carolina and others, has had a strong week of preparation.
