4-Star QB Sam Howell Flips To UNC

Four-star quarterback Sam Howell has switched his commitment from Florida State to North Carolina. Howell, from Monroe (N.C.) Sun Valley, originally committed to Florida State in April. On Wednesday during a Signing Day ceremony at Sun Valley High, he announced he will sign with the Tar Heels. He'll enroll at UNC in January after participating in the prestigious All-American Bowl.
