It was a post-Christmas Day gift for the Toronto Raptors. Behind 30 points from Kawhi Leonard and a game-winning three-pointer from Danny Green with 22.7 left in regulation, Toronto (26-10) expanded their NBA-best record with a 106-104 win over the Miami Heat (16-17) on Wednesday night. The Raptors trailed by 17 points at one point early in the third quarter.
