Three UNC Football Signees Named to North Carolina AP All-State Team

North Carolina quarterback signee Sam Howell headlines the N.C. Associated Press All-State team. The 6-foot-1, 225-pound quarterback was named the offensive player of the year in the state of North Carolina.
