All-American Bowl Highlights: UNC QB signee Sam Howell

Monroe (N.C.) Sun Valley four-star quarterback and North Carolina signee Sam Howell made his way to San Antonio last week for the 2019 All-American Bowl and put on a show all week long. He was strong during practice, showed that he rightfully belonged among the nation's elite quarteback prospects and threw the ball arguably better than anyone in attendance.
