Football Recruiting: The Revamped top 247 and UNC’s In-State Recruits

With 247Sports’ announcement of their final rankings for the 2019 class, the Tar Heels look a lot more formidable just ahead of the last Signing Day of this cycle. Quarterback Sam Howell, the crown jewel of the Early Signing Period haul, finished as the top in-state recruit. Howell wasn’t alone in moving up. 4-star offensive tackle Triston Miller now ranks 7th in the state.
