Former Players Funding Carolina Basketball Endowment

Eric Montross, a star on UNC’s 1993 NCAA championship team who is an analyst on UNC men’s basketball radio broadcasts, has played a key role in growing the men’s basketball endowment fund. He led the effort in speaking to UNC’s former players about donating to the program. Among the gifts is a $2.5-million donation by NBA veteran Vince Carter.
