UNC makes changes to football coaching staff
Posted Mar 3, 2006
John Bunting hired Danny Pearman on Thursday to coach UNC's defensive ends. The position opened after Brad Lawing left last month for a job on Steve Spurrier's staff at South Carolina. Lawing also was UNC's recruiting coordinator, so Bunting had to fill that void. He handed those duties to Dave Brock, who had been UNC's wide receivers coach, and promoted Brock to assistant head coach.
