Phil Ford excited about UNC’s chances
Posted Mar 18, 2019
Phil Ford, who led UNC to the national championship game in 1977 and was the No. 2 selection in the 1978 NBA Draft, was at North Davidson last week to promote the ACC Barnstorming Tour. “I like our chances. At the beginning of the year there were maybe 25 teams that could win a national title. At this point, there are 12-13. Of course, North Carolina is one of those.”
