Coby White a Finalist for National Freshman of the Year

The U.S. Basketball Writers Association has selected four finalists for the Wayman Tisdale Freshman of the Year Award and UNC's Coby White is on the list. White, a 6-5 guard from Goldsboro, N.C., earned second-team All-ACC honors as a five-time ACC Freshman of the Week. He averages 16.4 points per game, tied with Phil Ford for fourth-most by a UNC freshman.
