As he sat in the hush of the locker room, quietly taking stock of North Carolina’s loss to Auburn and its NCAA Tournament exit, Coby White was asked about the most difficult aspect of the disappointment he was processing. “Leaving the seniors behind,” the guard said. “I’m going to miss them. They mean a lot. They are our captains, our brothers, our family."
