Before basketball practice began last October, North Carolina senior David Noel predicted his team would "shock the world." Now that the young Tar Heels have won eight of their past nine games, secured a bye in the ACC Tournament and vaulted to a No. 13 ranking, they'll have to do even more to astonish the masses.
