Jerry Stackhouse says relationship, opportunity drew him to Vanderbilt

Jerry Stackhouse had interviews lined up for possible NBA head coaching jobs. He decided to take a college job because of his relationship with Vanderbilt’s athletic director Malcolm Turner and the opportunity to turnaround the Commodores men’s program. Stackhouse said at a news conference Monday that he loves teaching and coaching basketball.
