Marcus Ginyard finds ways to contribute off the bench

Much has been made about how much learning North Carolina's freshmen have done this season. But just as the players have had to adapt to a system new to them, UNC coach Roy Williams has had to discover the best way to communicate with players new to him. He might have solved Marcus Ginyard on Wednesday night.
