Notre Dame guard D.J. Harvey transferring to Vanderbilt basketball

Notre Dame’s D.J. Harvey announced Tuesday that he will transfer to Vanderbilt basketball, giving coach Jerry Stackhouse another piece to his rebuilt roster. Harvey, a 6-foot-6 guard, started 29 games as a sophomore last season, averaging 10.7 points and 4.2 rebounds. He must sit out the 2019-20 season and then have two years of eligibility remaining.
