David Noel set off an explosion by North Carolina with a season-high 25 points that produced a 95-71 win over N.C. State last night at the RBC Center. UNC built a 12-point halftime lead and was threatened only once mildly in the second half. N.C. State closed the gap to 10 points, at 66-56, but Marcus Ginyard helped UNC spurt away for good and carry a 21-point lead into the final 4:05.
