UNC Beats Out Michigan for RB D.J. Jones

D.J. Jones celebrated his birthday Wednesday with a commitment to North Carolina. Jones, a 5-foot-11, 190-pound running back from Fayetteville (N.C.) Pine Forest High, selected UNC over co-finalist Michigan. He officially visited Ann Arbor this past weekend. Jones also held scholarship offers from Duke, Missouri, Vanderbilt, Virginia, and Wake Forest.
