Roy Williams has consistently rotated players in and out of games and has earned two ACC road wins by withstanding late runs. His players say there's no shame in asking for a break. "When you get tired, especially in this game, get yourself out of there so we can have fresh people in at all times so we won't have to stop running or take a play off on defense," Heels forward David Noel said. "Against a team like Duke, you can't afford that."
