Former UNC linebacker Dwight Hollier emphasizes value of high school coaches

The 50-year-old Hollier was at North Carolina during ’s first stint with the Tar Heels and had the chance to learn under Don Shula, Jimmy Johnson and Jim Mora over the course of nine years in the NFL.
