North Carolina outlasted Duke, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech to score a commitment from four-star safety Ja'Qurious Conley on Thursday. Conley, a 6-foot-2, 190-pounder from Jacksonville (N.C.) Northside High, is the fourth in-state four-star prospect to pledge to the Heels (and seventh overall). "Honestly, [it was] the energy, the vibes from Mack Brown."
