North Carolina guard Bobby Frasor threw a fast-break pass with about eight minutes left Saturday against Clemson. The ball, intended for freshman classmate Marcus Ginyard, went into the basket. Two more points for the Tar Heels and another indicator of why Clemson has never won at the Smith Center or anywhere in this city in men’s basketball.
