Cameron Johnson detailed why he chose to wear No. 23 with the Suns

Like most players growing up, Phoenix Suns rookie Cameron Johnson studied Michael Jordan extensively. So, it may not be surprising to hear Jordan was his all-time favorite player. As Johnson joined the Suns, he was tasked with selecting a jersey number. Johnson wore the No. 23 at Pitt and then chose 13 at UNC since 23 is retired for Jordan himself.
