Oakland Raiders Sign Anthony Ratliff-Williams To Practice Squad


The Oakland Raiders signed wide receiver to their practice squad on Monday and released running back Damarea Crockett from the practice squad. Ratliff-Williams started 11 games in 2018 in his final season at North Carolina, with 42 catches for 689 yards and two touchdowns and 11 carries for 83 yards and one touchdown.
