This wasn’t about Desmond Evans, ESPN's No. 2-ranked football recruit in the nation. He made that much clear Friday when the top-ranked football recruit in the state made sure his Lee County teammates were in on the big moment. It was then, after getting his classmates into a frenzy, that he unzipped his jacket to reveal his commitment to North Carolina. (Heels Maven)
