UNC will win if it gives Sam Howell a chance. The freshman quarterback has taken his game to another level the past month, and if he's got time to work, he has the receivers to make plays. Easier said than done against a defense that ranks fourth nationally in sacks, though. The Tar Heels have rushed for over 200 yards in two of the past three games. (Heels Maven)
