Roy Williams passes Jim Calhoun, moves into sixth on all-time wins list

University of North Carolina head coach Roy Williams has his team off to a 3-0 start this season after beating Gardner-Webb on Friday night. The win not only kept the Tar Heels unbeaten on the year but it also helped Williams move up the all-time wins list. Friday’s win marked the 874th in Williams’ coaching career split between Kansas and North Carolina.
