Mack Brown's return to UNC and Jake Lawler's experiences as a college student, allowed Lawler to clarify his life goals and pursue his passions. Conversations with Brown, success in the classroom, and the availability of UNC connections and opportunities, led Lawler to the tough decision to walk away from football and begin chasing a new dream.
