Vince Carter of the Hawks is currently in the midst of his “farewell tour” in the final season of his storied and record-breaking 22-year career. In Monday's game against the Magic, Carter received a standing ovation from the Orlando crowd. This is a rare sight. Foremost is the fact that opposing players rarely get standing ovations from a team’s home crowd.
