When John Lilly was at Florida State, he always thought that the talent in the state of North Carolina was strong and deep enough to build a national championship contender. So it made sense during his introductory press conference Wednesday afternoon that Lilly played up the talent in the state and how important it is for the Tar Heels to land local recruits.
