Even the best weight room's only good when accessible. Stay-at-Home orders put a kink into Brian Hess' bulking blueprint. "Once we realized that this might be a little bit more of a long term situation we wanted to, as quickly as possible, get them back into the routine, give them a schedule," said Brian Hess, UNC Football Strength and Conditioning Coach.
