UNC adds basketball guard

The University of North Carolina received a commitment from basketball guard Leslie McDonald of Memphis Briarcrest Christian on Monday night. The 6-foot-4, 185-pound guard led Briarcrest to the Tennessee state championship last spring. He averaged 21 points and 7 rebounds per game during his junior season.
