Defensive back left Clemson’s football program on July 19, 2019 and announced his decision to enroll at North Carolina the following day. The rising redshirt sophomore, who sat out the 2019 football season in accordance with the NCAA transfer protocol, had not publicly discussed his transfer since enrolling last summer until recently.
