North Carolina State basketball signee Josh Hall will bypass college and stay in the NBA Draft. Hall, the No. 32 overall recruit in the 247Sports Composite Rankings, has signed with an agent. The Durham (N.C.) Moravian Prep standout is eligible for the NBA Draft because he graduated from high school last year, did a post-graduate year, and is 19 years old.
