Another quarterback commits to Heels

North Carolina added a third quarterback to its recruiting class Monday, receiving a commitment from B.J. Phillips, one of South Carolina's top high-school players. Phillips, a 6-6, 230-pound senior, has led Columbia Spring Valley to a 10-2 record in Class 4-A Division 2 (the next-to-largest schools) heading into this week's state-playoff game.
