Raymond Felton on One & Done: Young players need more time to develop

Former UNC star and NBA veteran Raymond Felton discussed the NBA's one-and-done rule in a recent podcast with HoopsHype. The regulation states that a player must be at least 19 years old during the calendar year of the Draft. Felton, who entered the draft after his junior year at UNC, believes young players need more time to develop before entering the NBA.
