Austin, Sturdivant, Little: A look at UNC football's last top 10 recruiting class

With the marquee commitment of 5-star cornerback Tony Grimes on June 30, North Carolina’s 2021 football recruiting class is ranked No. 3 in the nation. The last time the Tar Heels recruited a top 10 class was in 2007, the first recruiting class under coach Butch Davis. While that era is largely remembered for scandal, there is no denying the success the team saw.
