Tommy Richardson heads home a leader


says that, in his first two years at North Carolina, trust and understanding were lacking between he and his coach, . Much of the angst stemmed from Richardson's unwillingness to move from free safety to linebacker, a change he thought would jeopardize his hopes for an NFL career. He has since warmed to his position and to his head coach.
