South View's Emery Simmons no 'zero' in UNC receiver corps

Emery Simmons may be number zero on UNC's football roster this fall, but the South View High graduate is hoping to produce double-digit numbers on the field. “I feel like this year my role is to be the next man up,’’ Simmons said. Simmons managed to make improvements to his game despite the challenging offseason caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.
