When speaking with UNC's defensive backs, the general consensus is that Tony Grimes is talented but still young. The jump from high school to college football is significant and rarely does anyone immediately step in and become a first-team player. A wealth of potential is a good word to describe what teammates see in the former five-star cornerback.
