Preseason accolades continue to roll in for North Carolina senior linebacker Chazz Surratt, who was named a Preseason First Team All-American by CBS Sports on Thursday, adding to his rapidly growing list of honors. Surratt is coming off of a huge year in 2019, his first at linebacker after making the rare transition from quarterback prior to the season.
