During Monday’s College Football Countdown, ESPN analyst Jesse Palmer provided his pick as to who could lead the ACC. "Sam Howell at UNC. Think about it, UNC goes 7-6 a year ago, he quietly had one of the best seasons any quarterback had last season. He threw 38 touchdowns as a true freshman. I think in year two, Howell takes the next step."
